Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next working day.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly — we’ll always notify you if there’s a delay.

 

UK Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and DPD.

All orders qualify for Free Express Delivery, which typically takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.

There are no minimum spend requirements for free delivery within the UK.

 

European & International Shipping

We also deliver to selected European Union countries.

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on local customs processing times.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges upon delivery.

If you are unsure, please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

At present, we do not offer shipping to non-EU destinations outside of Europe.

 

Pre-Orders & Restocks

Items marked as “Restocking Soon” or “Pre-Order” are shipped as soon as they become available in stock.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your item has been dispatched.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately at no extra cost to avoid delays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details.

You can track your order at any time using the link provided.

 

Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage fees may apply).

 

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or you suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ivvion.com.

We’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly and ensure a replacement or refund where applicable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where an error or fault has occurred on our part.
